1. Research area

(1) Research on design theory and application of parallel robot mechanism topology

Researching on design theory , method and its application of parallel robot mechanisms, that is, providing theory, method and technology for inventing new mechanism, aiming at providing actuating mechanisms with better kinematics and dynamics performance for robot and modern intelligent equipment. It involves spatial kinematics, machinery, control, dynamic simulation and a series of disciplines,which is one of the core of robot technology innovation.

(2) Research and design for intelligent equipment

Applying modern design methods, such as optimization design and environmental friendly design, combining with modern driver and control technology, analysis the structure theory, design, the optimization scheme of system movement and its inner system integration of industrial machine and intelligent equipment, and eventually develop the physical prototype, the direction has important academic value and application prospect.

The above two research directions can provide the design theory , method and technology for the research, design, manufacture .
